We like to keep things simple - Our full building survey is priced per m2 (square meter) of the internal space of the property that you are purchasing

Minimum Charge €325,00 (this includes the first 65m2)

Then €5,00 per m2 for each additional m2 over and above the initial 65m2 

Example 1 - Detached Villa of 125m2 = €625,00 +IVA @ 21% = €756.25

Example 2 - Apartment of 55m2 = €325,00 +IVA @ 21% = €393.25

Example 3 - Semi detached Villa of 80m2 = €400,00 + IVA @ 21% = €484,00

Additional costs for fuel charged at €0.25 per km for addresses further than 40km from "30739 Roda"

(the first 40km are free)
